Conversion from commercial to residential
We converted this Victorian warehouse in to two spacious two bedroom apartments.

Renovation
This house had not been updated in decades & needed new flooring, plastering & decorating throughout. We also installed two new bathrooms & a kitchen & we landscaped the garden.

Landscaping
This garden space could not be accessed when we first visited the commercial property. There was a wall of earth, with bushes & brambles right to the back door with no level change.

Bespoke Carpentry & Tiling
Our client wanted to create a bar from an old office room in their new home. We built & tiled the bar, created the counter from micro cement & made shelving & built in window seats.
